Method of Payment
We accept A personal, business, or bank check is welcome, with name and address imprinted on the check. Please allow a few extra days to receive your order when paying by check.
 
Shipping
Orders will be shipped within two working days (except for custom & special orders) by regular UPS Ground service, unless otherwise specified. UPS Overnight and 2nd Day Service is available at an additional charge. Sorry, no CODs.
Saddle Trial Policy

Saddles are allowed out for a 3-day trial period. You may carefully attach your leathers and a roller-buckle girth and "test ride"  the saddle. Please call us after your 3rd day of trial (978) 363-8881 and let us know if you are keeping or returning the saddle.

If you are returning a saddle, we only accept return packages via UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service. Be sure to insure the saddle for it's full value. 

A RETURN LABEL is on the purple instruction form inside the box. Please use this label for return shipping.

Please DO NOT USE styrofoam packing peanuts, liquid or rubber peanuts.

You will receive full credit if the saddle is in new condition and shows no signs of wear. Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

 
Return Policy

All returns must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Items must be unused and in original condition. Shipping, handling, and insurance are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. Special order and custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Custom-made merchandise requires payment in advance.

Any defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase in order to receive a refund or replacement. Saddles that have been reflocked, altered, or adjusted cannot be returned for a refund or replacement. There will be no refunds, returns, or exchanges allowed on any saddle, new or pre-owned, where the saddle tree or any parts of the saddle itself have been changed or altered. Returned or exchanged products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All pre-owned saddles are sold "As Is" and are non-returnable and non-refundable after you've made your final purchase.

Refund checks may take 15-30 days to process, once the saddle is received in it's original condition.
